Face Oils

Hello Beauties :)

I hope everyone is doing well. I was recently in the pharmacy and I came across Face Oils. Now I have to admit that I have always been kind of sceptical about using facial oils because I already have oily skin and the last thing I want is excess oil on my skin that will cause breakouts but ever since using facial oils my skin has done the complete opposite. Its basically flourished.

I have gone from breaking out regularly to hardly breaking out at all. I had quit a few blemishes on my face that where so dark and noticeable that I was always embarrassed to leave the house without makeup but it seems that the facial oil has helped the blemishes fade. My skin feels a lot smoother and hydrated and this is all from using Facial Oils.

People that have Oily skin should actually embrace face oils more because when the skin is stripped of oil or is not properly replenished with natural oils it continues to produce more oil so the best way to restore balance to oily skin is to use lightweight face oils that contain organic plant oils. By doing this the glands can slow down natural oil production because the skin is being replenished with natural oils that it needs to stay healthy and clear.

We not realise how crucial and essential fatty acids are in maintaining the hydration and nourishment of our skin and since our body cannot make them itself it is important that we get it from outside sources like facial oils.

The best time to apply facial oils is after the skin has been freshly washed or splashed with water. Once the facial oil has been applied it will hold the extra water on the skin and help the skin replenish itself.

The facial oils that I love the most are Argon Oil, Avocado Oil, camellia Oils. Remember that higher prices oils are less refined, processed and they are purer. Less expensive oils have additives and bleaching processes. So less processed means better quality and higher prices.

Me and my Momapoo in bed after applying out facial oils

Blemishes are less visible and acne breakout is less

Have a beautiful day lovelies.

Benefits of Change!

Hello My Lovelies.

Change is the best word to describe my life in the past few months. From bad changes to even good changes its always scary. Change shakes up your life, it removes you from your comfort zone and makes us explore undiscovered territory. Some of us jump into it and we are ready to take on any challenge that change brings or some of us freeze up because we are too afraid of leaving our comfort zones. Some of the changes I welcomed with open arms but other changes where a lot harder to grasp or make sense of.

So many of us are going through changes, such as new environment, new job, end of relationship or the end of a situation that we where so familiar with. When change is positive, of course we are excited for the opportunities but when change pulls at out feelings and emotions it seems easier to just get into bed and not think about it.

Change is not there to break us and bring us down, ultimately change is there to build us up, make us stronger and push us closer to where we are actually meant to be. Change allows growth within ourselves and allows us to experience things we would never have normally made an effort to experience For those of you like myself that are scared of change but constantly seeking something better, new and exciting, this will be helpful:

1. Personal growth: When things change you grow and learn new things. you discover new things about your life. You learn life lessons from change that build you up and make you stronger.

2. Improvements: we all have things in our life that we would like to improve. we also know that nothing will improve by itself. We need to do things differently to make things happen. Without change there would be no improvement.

3. Life Values: Change makes us re-evaluate our lives and it makes us look at certain things differently. Sometimes we realize we need to make certain changes or sometimes change makes us reinforce out life values. It all depends on the change.

4. Strength: Change isn't  always pleasant. Overcoming the tough changes in our lives makes us stronger.

5. Progress: Change triggers progress. This move forward with change. Different opportunities arise with change.

6. Opportunities: We never know what new opportunities will happen with change. Change brings new choices and happiness. Change opens doors when the old ones close.

Remember everything happens for a reason. In every situation there is an opportunity for growth and experience. Keep an open mind about change and when it happens go for it regardless of how scared you are.

Have a Beautiful week lovelies & I hope you enjoyed this post.
Love & Hugs
